Rosewood Compasses
Three Models: $27 each
We are pleased to offer three different brass compasses in solid rosewood cases.
If you have priced rosewood recently, you know it is so expensive that it is sold by the inch rather than by the foot.
The large square rosewood compass is 3 inches (7.6 cm) square and 1 3/8 inches (3.5 cm) tall.
Its hinged beveled lid opens to reveal a 2 inch (5.1 cm) diameter brass compass.
The distressed rough antique wood finish of the large square rosewood compass makes it look like a 100-year-old antique.
The small square rosewood compass has a ring fob in the front and is 2 5/8 inches (6.7 cm) square and 1 3/8
inches (4.5 cm) tall.
It also has a hinged lid and inside is a 1 3/4 inch (4.4 cm) diameter brass compass.
This small square rosewood compass is only 1/4 inch (6 mm) smaller than the larger rosewood compass and
has a much nicer wood finish.
The round rosewood compass is 2 3/4 inches (7.0 cm) in diameter and 1 3/8 inches (3.5 cm) tall.
The lid has two concentric inlaid brass rings and can be removed to expose the 1 3/4 inch (4.4 cm) diameter brass compass.
The two square rosewood compasses have a compass needle, while the round rosewood compass uses a compass card.
Custom brass plaques are available for the inside lid of any of the compass models.
Any of the three Rosewood Compasses make the perfect desk accessory and are offered for only $27 each.
We also offer a similar Captain's Rosewood Desk Compass,
a Round Hinged Inlaid Compass,
a Small Rosewood Desk Compass with Inlaid Compass Rose,
a slightly larger Compass in Mahogany Case,
a Small Brass Paperweight Compass with Hardwood Case,
and a Gold Plated Desk Compass.
