This beautiful Stanley London® 16-inch highly-polished solid brass telescope
features 12-power precision ground glass optics that produce a bright and clear non-inverting (upright) image.
This 16-inch model has four pipes and a sunshade that extends,
just like our 18-inch spyglass telescope.
Close to the eyepiece on the inner pipe "Stanley London" is engraved.
When collapsed the telescope is 5 3/8 inches (13.7 cm) long, and it
is 15 7/8 inches (40.3 cm) when fully extended.
The telescope measures 1 5/8 inch (4.1 cm) in diameter and weighs 12.8 ounces (363 grams).
All parts of the telescope are beautifully made and are fine threaded and screw together
with no glued components.
The telescope can be custom engraved near the eyepiece with 1 - 2 lines of text, maximum 4 words per line.
Due to the large width of the engravable area, we suggest engraving full names rather than monograms or initials.
The 16-inch telescope includes a thick 100-percent leather
handmade case embossed "Stanley London" on the top.
The leather hinge on the case also serves as a belt loop.
